Submission Guidelines:
Thank you for your interest in submitting a research paper to Equa Dispute Resolution Centre. We appreciate your contribution to the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and mediation. To ensure a smooth submission process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Scope and Relevance: Ensure that your research paper aligns with the scope and focus of Equa Dispute Resolution Centre's areas of interest, which include ADR, mediation, online dispute resolution, and related topics.
Formatting: Prepare your research paper according to the specified formatting guidelines. Typically, papers should be in a standard academic format, including an abstract, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion. Adhere to a consistent citation style, such as APA or MLA.
Originality and Plagiarism: Submit original work that has not been previously published or is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Any sources used should be appropriately cited, and plagiarism in any form will result in immediate disqualification.
Length and Language: Ensure that your research paper is of appropriate length, typically between 5,000 and 10,000 words. Submit the paper in English, as Equa Dispute Resolution Centre primarily accepts submissions in this language.
Abstract and Keywords: Include an abstract of approximately 200-300 words summarizing the main objectives, methodology, findings, and implications of your research. Also, provide 3-5 keywords that accurately represent the content and themes of your paper.
Submission Process: Submit your research paper through the designated submission portal on our website. Follow the instructions provided, and ensure that all required fields and documents are completed accurately.
Review Process: All submitted papers undergo a rigorous peer-review process to evaluate their quality, relevance, and originality. Our team of experts and scholars in the field of ADR and mediation will carefully review your paper and provide constructive feedback.
Copyright: Upon acceptance of your research paper, you will be required to grant Equa Dispute Resolution Centre the right to publish and distribute your work. However, you retain the copyright of your paper and may use it for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution.

a.The Equa journal publication is dedicated to publishing original , concise and well analysed research.
b. We strongly encourage the contributors to submit scholarly articles under 15,000 words in length including abstracts, texts , footnotes and appendices.
c. We prefer citations to be in the form of footnotes instead of endnotes, the citations should confirm to 20th Edition of the Bluebook. Non conformance to the aforementioned citation method would weigh strongly against the publication of the manuscript.
d. All manuscripts should be sent in Microsoft Word Format to research@vdrc.io.
e.The email should be addressed to the ‘editors’ and the subject of the email should read ‘Submission : Equa Research Centre.
f.The author of a draft must proofread her/his document before submission. This should include using the checklist to eliminate commonly made mistakes.
e.Submissions will be reviewed twice. Edits and comments made on a draft should be incorporated unless substantively disagreed with. If the author has any disagreement, he/she may communicate and resolve it via mail.

a.We strongly encourage the writers to submit their work in Microsoft word format.
b. We strongly urge the writers to make soft copy submission via email to blogs@vdrc.io. The email should be addressed to the ‘editors’ and the subject of the mail should be ‘Submission : Equa Blog’.
d. Equa prefers blogs under 3000 words in length including abstract , introduction , text footnotes and appendices.
e. In line with the ‘blind review’ and ‘anonymisation’ process, kindly include name , biographical information including educational background, work experience , co-curricular achievements and other relevant information in separate cover letter.
f. Equa prefers footnotes to endnotes and the citations should confirm to the 20th Edition of Bluebook.
