The Council serves as the decision-making body in our dispute resolution institution, responsible for guiding and overseeing the strategic direction and policies of the organization. Comprised of experienced professionals, experts, and leaders in the field of dispute resolution, the Council plays a pivotal role in upholding the integrity and excellence of our institution. With their wealth of knowledge and diverse perspectives, the Council ensures that our institution remains at the forefront of innovative and effective dispute resolution practices. Through their collective wisdom and expertise, the Council contributes to the growth, development, and success of our institution, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality and impactful dispute resolution services to our clients and stakeholders.

Advisory Council

Its a representative body of all the stakeholders which can amend the equa rules, decide the policies etc.

Christina Arzumanova

International lawyer, professional polyculture mediator, interethnic negotiator, profiler, PRESS, and a Head of International Department for Relations with International Organisations International Magazine "EuraAsia Mediation", WMO member, IAML MediaT member and a Head o International Department, Associate member of R.A Corporation LTD.

Rajan Prajapati 

He has participated in multiple arbitration matters. His entrepreneurial journey started in 2020 where he established LawDocs, a legal company working in the corporate sector. Presently, he is touching the new high in the mediation domain with his new project Equa.Law which has become internationally accredited and connected organization.

Nikitas Nikita 

Nikitas, as a manager and owner of the Law Firm Nikitas Nikita & Associates, is responsible not only to promote and handling court cases in the Court, but through a range of fine colleagues and especially the President of the Nicosia Bar Association, Costas Demetriades, who happens to be his uncle, is always ready to face any kind of case, with difficult and / or complex content both inside and outside court

Freddy Ortiz Nishihara

Committed Director and professor with 22 years of experience in academic landscape, including student evaluation and creative teaching methods implementation. Eager contributions to conciliation efforts to assist student development. Hands-on approach to cultivating curriculum and challenging in-classroom projects. Articulate teaching professional with extensive academic experience and focus on positively contributing to department success. Proven skill in curriculum and course development. Dedicated to building morale and creativity among students.

Lisa Singh

She is an international Mediator, facilitator and coach. her specilities include facilitation, training, intercultural communication, creative problem solving, mediation, conflict resolution, management training, non profit capacity building, grant writing.

Selva Kina

Selva is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, High Court and a qualified accredited International Mediator. Currently, she is practicing as a Solicitor while running her Law Firm. She has been working in law firms since 2006 and has been an international trainer

Lama Audi 

Head of our Association in all Arab countries, also international Mediator, Founder and CEO of PEACE(NMD). She is Mediator in Accordance with Australian Mediation Accreditation Standards, legal field, Head of legal palestinian Union South Lebanon, Expert Assessor, Judging competitions of ADR abroad universities and conferences, Member of C.I.S POLY-EXPERTS, Consultant and Representative of Three C's Met Mediator in Middle East; Recipient of the Medal of Honor for Ambassadors of Peace, ADR Judge at the British international court.

Peacemakers Council

Its a representative body of the peacemakers. The members are selected on nomination and engagement basis.

The ADR Professionals present their view to make a better dispute resolution ecosystem

The clients and businessmen participate in the Council and submit what they want from a Dispute Resolution Platform.
