Comprised of experienced professionals, experts, and leaders in the field of dispute resolution, the Council plays a pivotal role in upholding the integrity and excellence of our institution. With their wealth of knowledge and diverse perspectives, the Council ensures that our institution remains at the forefront of innovative and effective dispute resolution practices. Through their collective wisdom and expertise, the Council contributes to the growth, development, and success of our institution, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality and impactful dispute resolution services to our clients and stakeholders.
Advisory Council
Its a representative body of all the stakeholders which can amend the equa rules, decide the policies etc.
Christina Arzumanova

Rajan Prajapati
He has participated in multiple arbitration matters. His entrepreneurial journey started in 2020 where he established LawDocs, a legal company working in the corporate sector. Presently, he is touching the new high in the mediation domain with his new project Equa.Law which has become internationally accredited and connected organization.

Nikitas, as a manager and owner of the Law Firm Nikitas Nikita & Associates, is responsible not only to promote and handling court cases in the Court, but through a range of fine colleagues and especially the President of the Nicosia Bar Association, Costas Demetriades, who happens to be his uncle, is always ready to face any kind of case, with difficult and / or complex content both inside and outside court
